This shop used to be Woolworths but now it is much better! Great range, seem to sell everything. I've bought reems of inkjet paper; fleeces ; paint; light bulbs; tools; car spares and cruets. Ridiculous!?

BEWARE this shop in Otley and especially the short fat bearded man who short changes deliberately. I only had £20 notes in my purse but this man snatched my £20 note, shoved it in the till before I could say anything, quickly shut it and declared it to be £10 when I shopped there last week. He then proceeded to call me a liar and would not give me the correct change. There are a lot of pensioners (of whom I am one) who shop there, this could have been all they had left until next pension day. Please beware and give this thief a miss. There are plenty of other shops in Otley who sell the same sort of things but who don't rob you. I won't shop there again and I'm trying to warn everyone about it. Please pass this on. If I was allowed 0 stars to write this review I would have.
