I like this shop, although it can be hard to navigate inside, as it is over crowded with stock in some areas, especially with the Christmas sale on at the moment. I have knocked a star off because I have bought 2 vapes on separate occasions, which did not work when I took them home for my son. I kept the receipts but had to argue on both occasions to get a replacement,  so I no longer buy from here.

A little untidy boxes of stock placed on the floor and in the walkways , whilst I would say it was unsafe I still say they have a good range of products

Useful shop, but it's turned into an eyesore on the high street. Broken Windows siliconed up and junk shelves rolled out onto the footpath daily. Spend money on tidying it up. It's making Ripon look cheap and tatty.

Good variety of stuff.. unfortunately it's a shop for able bodied people only due to lay out at tills and boxes of products blocking every isle .. gave up because I couldn't get near anything with a wheelchair..

I love this shop because you can practically find anything you are looking for as far as DIY, gardening, crafts, pets, household, gifts,cards,clothing etc are concerned... You can even bring yourwell behaved dogs in with you.  My "go to" shop in Ripon

Great little shop, can normally get what you need without breaking the bank

Plenty of choice of a wide range of garden and home items.  Good prices and you can frequently find a good bargain.  Staff are friendly and polite.

The Yorkshire Trading shop in Ripon has just about everything you need. From DIY nuts and bolts to pots,pans kitchen utensils, tools, haberdashery,knitting wool and patterns, crafting materials,  Wellington boots, hats gloves and jackets. Pullovers , children's toys, bird tables, compost, plant pots, sledges, snow shovels and yard brooms. Parking in the council car park behind the bus station or Market Place. Bluebadge Disabled parking a premium in Ripon but is allowed on Moss's arcade which is the road in to the bus station,the market place is one way.

Great for lots of bits and things and pretty good prices too but unfortunately the staff can sometimes feel a little unapproachable or not keen to serve. On a couple of occasions I have had to wait while the cashier fiddles or re-stocks something by the tills and couldn't be less interested in serving. Not good!

Good variety of products which is let down by staff who have no customer service skills or manners
