A lovely family run hotel With private off road parking around the back, a very clean environment right through the hotel. Simple rooms but ideal for your needs ( shower,toilet,kettle ect). Very friendly staff and    the cooked breakfast  was ideal. Will definitely stay again

Family run bed and breakfast.  Really good value accomadation, nice rooms really nice cooked breakfast, well worth staying here, with parking at the rear of the building

What a gem of a place. We needed somewhere close to the King Power and Tigers Stadium, also we visited King Richard Third Centre. Free Car parking and wifi. Lots of places to eat on the main road at the bottom and shopping at fosse park too. Highly recommend!

This B&B is home from home - warm, comfy, clean and friendly. It's in a good, safe location, it's really easy to get into the city and it has it's own car park. Staff were helpful giving me information about the local area.
The breakfast is delicious!
Great value for money, I'll be staying again when I'm back in Leicester. Thanks!
