Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was superb, especially considering our original twin room had no working lights. We got upgraded to an executive suite straight away and were made to feel comfortable and seen to. The bed was ginormous but the sofa bed was rock solid, so not comfortable to sleep on at all. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot and there was a lot of choice. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!
I’m writing this review for anybody that reads it :nnFor my experience, I went for the breakfast only, so I can only commend the quality of the food, the quality of the staff, as well as the variety of the breakfast menu!nnEvery member of staff I’ve met has been more than happy to help a customer, and I feel personally valued to be there. Staff are amazing, with a particular shout out to Scott who has added to the pleasure of my visit!nnI will certainly be returning in the future :
I had the pleasure of visiting for lunch, and it was a delightful experience! The food was fresh, with plenty of options to suit all tastes, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. A special thanks to Vrishti , who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout—she truly made the experience memorable. Can’t wait to visit again soon!
It was absolutely brilliant. It may be because the rooms are all recently refurbished. It was all at high standards with good interior decoration. I have to mention the shower room, it was best . The breakfast was fantastic with good options for veg and non veg. Love it.
Me and my partner went for a pontanious time away and the hotel is lovely, nice big rooms. My partner was given late check out and the latest they could do was 1pm which was fine but at 11am the normal check out time we had a man banging at our door and even tryed to open it but we had the chain on,we ignored ir as we still had 2 hours half an hour later he was there banging again not giving up, my partner went and told them that we had late check out and he wasnt told, when we was leaving we checked with the Hotel recepionist and it wasnt even on the system, this really affected me as we could of been indienct it wasnt our fault.
