Just stopped one night here and everything was as expected. Room was clean and the staff were really helpful downstairs. They had a new girl working as an apprentice in the bar and the coaching and help they were giving her was really supportive and it was good to see them looking after their staff so well. Breakfast is okay, scrambled eggs are a little bit rubbery, but that's what he's like sometimes on buffet breakfast. All in all restaurant was clean. Plenty of parking and would stay again if I need to.
Visted here this morning to stay an overnight and what a welcome myself and my partner got with the lovely receptionist Erica. Very welcoming with a beautiful smile and so helpful too. For our first time being here she couldn't have done enough for us and we greatly appreciate it.
Weekend break in the Holiday Inn Leicester was amazing value. A proper quality hotel with large clean and nicely furnished rooms. The bed was massive. All the staff we met were very friendly and great at offering advice if we needed. Breakfast which is the traditional continental and English breakfast was great, lovely and fresh, with a good choice. Francisco our waiter at breakfast was helpful and very smiley. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want top quality a hotel experience but at reasonable rates
Cane here on a business trip for the city and found this to be a nice and clean hotel which is kept to a good standard of the brand.nRecommended cor couples and a small family.
Location was good although dont book the hotel when there is a match in Leicester city stadium. Although staff was really good and the lady who checked us in gave us the room not towards the stadium. The air con wasn't working but they provided fan and we kept the window slightly open and fan on which made it easier to sleep. Overall good hotel for 1 night.
