Regularly rent from Avis for work cars in Manchester, city centre staff deliver the cars in a pristine condition inside and out, with genuine smiles and happy manner. In the cold months they even leave the Famous Avis ice scraper coasters in the car to help de-ice on those early frosty starts.  

Have rented happily through Avis abroad for holidays, but it's particularly great for me and other Mancs that the team in our city excell at customer service. Thanks.

rubbish company, returned the car to the same car park, staff checked, everything was fine. two weeks later received admin charge from Avis and parking fine from NCP. Called Avis, saying that the customer has to solve the dispute with NCP. it is a joke, what have I done wrong to return the car to the car park where I colelcted it???
