I had an exceptional experience with Enterprise Car & Van Hire in Bury. From start to finish, the customer service was seamless—professional, polite, and efficient. The staff ensured everything was handled quickly and made the whole process stress-free.nnWhat truly stood out was the condition of the car. It was absolutely spotless and clearly well cared for, both inside and out. The attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed, and it’s clear the team, especially those working behind the scenes, take real pride in their work.nnIt’s refreshing to see such high standards maintained across the board. I highly recommend this branch and will definitely use them again in the future!

Smooth process from start to finish, bonus the car was fuelled up on collection, I prefer if this was the norm and if cars are returned with low fuel customers charge a premium, they would soon learn to return it as received.

Polite staff but dirty car inside and out, tyres not inflated to correct pressure very low and had to be inflated before I started my tripnWasher fluid almost empty.nSimple things that could have and should have been addressed before that car was handed over to me.

Disgusting customer service, not very helpful.nWouldn't let me hire a car unless I had a credit card, I don't use credit cards.nSaid I would order and pay on their site, they said no, I can only reserve for the following day even though they had cars there to be hired.nGot in touch with Burnley branch, they said I could reserve online, pay, and collect the same day within the hour.nArrogant obnoxious staff that looked at you like you're below them and didn't interact.nOnly saving grace for this company was Burnley office that were more accomodating.

I went into the branch to book a vehicle for my daughters civil ceremony they showed me a nice Mercedes, so I booked that vehicle for the day,I was told the payment will be completed on collection ! I received a text to remind me of collection, went to pick up the vehicle and there was no car there, Instead I was offered a black mustang! I was so stressed and annoyed, and was told that some people don’t collect the car,  absolutely disgusted with the response, I was then asked to travel to Bolton if I wanted another vehicle ? I specifically came into branch to ensure I made a booking to ensure there was no issue with the vehicle on the day !! I was left with little choice but to take the vehicle remaining, as I had little time left and to get to the ceremony, otherwise I would have not taken a vehicle that I had not booked ‘!!nThis was not the vehicle I wanted to take my daughter to her wedding!nThis was the start to a stressful day, So so disappointed with the service at enterprise bury !!
