Very good place! Had a nice Mercedes E class estate for a month following an accident, and i thought the staff were very nice. The car was clean on pick up, and everything went smoothly.nnI purchased damage waiver insurance of £75 i think! For the added piece of mind, i didn't need it in the end but you just never know but at least you're covered just in case so i highly recommend it.nnThe only thing i wasn't keen on was the access to the carpark. It's a tight messy road and I'm a very confident driver but even i struggled a little getting through the double parked cars, pot holes and an old lady approaching from the other way without giving way.nnRegardless, i can't fault the team at Enterprise Bury, and i highly recommend them.

I rented a van in November 2025, and booked to collect at 8am. I was moving house and I planned the day around getting the van at this time. I got to the branch at 8am and the person renting the van hadn't returned it. The customer service team assured me they'd check with this customer the day before and they'd promised to return the van on time. This was a huge disruption for me, the Enterprise team attempted to call the customer but their calls weren't being answered. There were no other vans available so I had to wait, and eventually, over an hour and a half after my scheduled pickup time, the other customer returned with the van. I was told this customer would be charged for late return and I would receive compensation, equating to one day's rental rate. I had to quickly jump into the van, which hadn't been cleaned, and the tank not filled, to make up time for the delays. I returned the van and was assured again that I would receive compensation. I called the branch 4 times over the coming weeks and they promised to look into it and get back to me, but I didn't once have a returned call or email. Enterprise had profited by charging the late fee to the previous customer, and this hadn't been passed onto me, and I was the only one inconvenienced. On my most recent attempt to call them today, I was put on hold for over 5 minutes and I suspect they had no intention of taking me off hold. Despite what they may insist, Enterprise Bury do not prioritise customer service.

Enterprise Bury were very good in helping us out in an emergency. The staff generally was caring and accommodating. I would like to personally thank about Mr. Ghulam M Haider for his customer care and kindness. He has excellent communication skills and dealt with my issue with ease and I had peace of mind. I have had two encounters with him and both have been a great experience. I would be more than happy to deal with this branch in the future. Keep up the good work

Friendly staff who know their cars well. Unfortunately we didn't receive a clean car upon pick up. I was told it was due to the high turn over and usage. When you put a deposit for the premium cars you want to know your getting a clean car.
