I had a courtesy car. Service was perfect! It took me 5 minutes to drive out and 1 min to return the car. Friendly and professional

I was given a hire vehicle through my car insurance my car was in the garage damagedwhich was through Enterprise. I hired the car from 7th March - 10th March.  Upon collecting the car, I started it up and it stated low key battery, low pressure in tyre. The car also had an alloy missing and I questioned this, I was told that it had just had its tyre replaced due to a puncture and was okay to drive, the tyre on the passenger front did not look too clever either.  I was advised to take out an insurance policy for £70 in case the car received any scratches or damages as I would be liable.  Got the car home checked it over and it was full of scratches all over it, I began to wonder what I had paid £70 for. On 13th April, I received an email from the Damage Recovery Unit stating that I had damaged the car and was being billed for £50.00 for a bulge in the front passenger tyre and an unrepairable puncture to the rear passenger tyre for the date of the 11th March I didn't have the car then.  Upon contacting the branch I was told that I shouldn't have to pay anything as I had taken an insurance policy and that the claim would go through this!!!! the car already had this damage upon collection and no claim for damage should be made on the policy which I took out with them. More to the point they let me drive off in a car which had a bulging tyre which was clearly unsafe.  ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES OF THE CAR WHEN YOU GET IT LIKE I DID!

The car provided was spot on but had to wait to 40 minutes and it could have been cleaned better. On return Mez was very professional and helpful . I needed to search the car for a missing bank card and Mez was obliging and highly efecient in returning my deposit. Will definitely return.

Extremely impressed by the assistant manager shiz. He was so friendly polite and professional. He's a true asset to enterprise. He truly went above and beyond. Thank you shiz, I'll be back soon!

Picked up van today massive crack from top to bottom of the windscreen was told it’s all good don’t worry won’t spread out heating up 30 min in journey and heard a crack so won’t be using van tomorrow when  I had hired it for 2 days van like this shouldn’t be rented from big company like this will be putting complaint in as after some research online found out I could get fixed penalty for driving it in this condition… tried ringing the branch is closed and Monday need to bring it back wasted money That’s all… bad experience…

Always get great service here cars and vans IV had both clean and tidy can't fault them

Not a pleasant experience to be honest, several mistakes made throughout the whole process of renting the vehicle. Staff seemed disinterested, first impressions entering the business is that it was not well maintained, dirty carpets and a generally messy office space. Vehicle given was 120 days over its service due date, was dirty inside and was missing its Satnav due to having the SD card removed. Even forgot to notify the garage that I had dropped off my vehicle off for repair, it Sat there for two days before my garage called me to check where the vehicle was.

Another good rental experience with enterprise Bury. The guys are always pleasant and chatty . When I dropped the car off the guy serving me asked me to sit down while he went out and checked the car . I would normally have felt very uncomfortable letting someone check the car out without me being there , especially since I didn't take out the extra insurance with them  but I have come to trust the guys at Bury . They even gave me an upgrade because I was a gold member . Sorry to the guy who checked my car in , you asked me to fill in a customer service report which I would be happy to do but you didn't email me it .

Useless left us with a dodgy car which had to be exchanged at Rochdale who I may add were excellent. Bury could do with some lessons in customer service and satisfaction. Probably won't use that branch again as it's not the first time the cars have been shocking.
