Everyone at Enterprise very helpful. I had the car for 5 weeks. Got a flat battery in the very cold weather AA cover responded within half an hour. When I returned the car I needed to attend hospital a mile or so down the road and a member of the Enterprise team dropped me off so I didn’t have to walk down in the rain and sleet. Impressed by their ‘can do’ attitude

Having booked a hire vehicle last night online, I received a call from Enterprise this morning informing me they had absolutely no vehicles available today or tomorrow and they would have to cancel my order and send a refund. I was then advised that it may take up to 10 days to receive this refund and there was nothing to be done to speed this up. I am now stranded with no vehicle and no funds to hand to hire from elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I booked a rental today and paid £450 on my debit card, only to be told at the counter that I could not collect the car because I did not have a credit card in my name.nThe credit card requirement was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking, and the staff I spoke to were rude and unhelpful. As a result, I was refused the service I paid for, and the money has been taken from my accountnI expect better transparency and customer service from a company of this size. I would not recommend booking with Enterprise unless you have a credit card in your name and are prepared to deal with poor service if anything goes wrong. The staff member I spoke to was rude and dismissive, offering no help or alternatives. I was left without the car I paid for or my money to arrange alternative transport

Aviva arranged a reservation for a car after an accident, arrived at 8.10am, was out the door by 8.20am, lovely girl on the counter who asked for license and insurance, typed a few details into the computer and took me out to the car. Got an upgrade to a larger car, which was much similar to my current car, which was brill, Quick service, Very informative, lovely group of people. Cars top notch!! Cheers!!!

I’ve rented a car from here twice in the last few weeks. They’re really quick and efficient. The cars have been perfect each time and really high quality. Most of all the staff are very very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Can’t fault them so far
