Used Enterprise for a number of years now for holiday hire cars.  Every time I've used bulk search sites it's only Enterprise that can accommodate my needs - all other sites have nothing available.  Always been extremely happy with both the quality of cars and the service provided by Enterprise and the staff are always really helpful and very friendly.  Nothing is too much trouble and they're always able to pick me up or drop me off.  I don't even bother looking elsewhere anymore.

The vehicle wasn't ready on the time given. Got it after 3 and half hours late and reached the destination 4 hours late spoiling the whole day's fun.

Never met them only spoke on phone but they picked car I had left at friend's house up having one way hired from Birmingham
