The customer service provided here is 5 star. Would really like to thank Barbra and Paul for helping me get my boot open when the locking mechanism had failed to enable me to get a rear windscreen replacement. I called up the shop and they told me to bring the car down and I was in and out in less than an hour with a working boot! Would hesitate to go anywhere else after that experience!

Had some work carried out by Paul and the team here and they are great the work was faultless, they kept me updated all the time dealt with the insurance company and the aftercare was amazing I would  recommend I even had a little tour of the place and it’s a too notch place hope I don’t have to go back but I know if I want any work carried out then I know where I will be going in the future thank you Paul and guy’s Service:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance

Did a brilliant job of replacing my hood and front bumper. Would never tell the difference. All done within 5 working days. All the staff freindly and polite. Although the insurance pays the bill I think the what they charged was very reasonable and a lot less than I though it would be. They provided a nice courtesy car which wasnt plastered with their logo so that was a nice bonus. Thanks Lloyd's.

After poor customer service from a previous bodyshop recommended by my insurance. I couldn’t be happier with the work carriedout by Lloyds bodyshop. I dropped in my car on the morning of booking and there was an issue with the booked courtesy car that has been returned by the previous user damaged,they had tried contacting me but my insurance dual policy meant message was left on partners voicemail. Following day dropped in my car and collected a replacement courtesy car, very quickly in 4 days my car was ready to collect. I was impressed by communication with all departments at Lloyds. My car was repaired to a very satisfactory standard and very clean. Thanks  guys!

I can't thank the Lloyd Bodyshop team enough, incredible service from start to finish. I can honestly say the customer service delivered was above expectations, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Alan kept me updated throughout the process answering any questions I had with ease and explaining things in a way I understood. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended, keep up the good work.
