We met with Lee to look at a used car as an upgrade from my current car. He was so helpful and listened to any concerns I had. Lee made the process so calm and straightforward and the valet clean up result of the car I bought was so amazing, it seemed like a new car! Thank you so much for going above and beyond - would 100% recommend.
Popped In here as looking for a particular type of car and met Lee who pointed me to a few cars and went above and beyond to find the right car for me. He was really patient and fully understanding on the space I needed in the car. I was so happy with the service I couldn't fault it and they are all friendly. Highly recommended.
A reliable second hand car shop that can allow buyers to drive the selected car by themselves before purchase. Group 1 accept customers who hold Hong Kong Driving Licence, preferably hold International Licence at the same time. No deposit required. It offers 3 months repair and maintenance services and top up yearly contract in very competitive prices. It also conduct passed MOT before handover cars to clients. Very surprising that some gifts will be given to interested purchasers.
I enquired about a car via auto trader. I got a quick reply from Martin. Martin has been a great help ever since. After having a bad experience when buying my previous carwith a different company, I was very apprehensive about driving long distance for a car and just about buying a car in general. Martin was very honest, helpful and friendly which really put me at ease. Every question I had was answered honestly and in detail. The process was fast and stress free. My partner was so impressed with the service he enquired about a car for himself. The car is perfect and I couldn’t have asked for a better car or experience.
I took a chance on a used car, bought online, unseen for delivery to SW England from Group 1 Assured /Robinsons in Norwich. The experience was very positive. I was very happy with the service that I received from Sean, he took care of all paperwork & transportation. Car arrived via their local courier & was exactly as described. So far I am very happy with my purchase & very happy with my experience.
Very poor service, my dealings with Steve were Rude and dismissive, I didn't receive phone calls when told I would, I was told calls had been made where there was no evidence I had missed any calls different people told me different things and having been assured on several occasions my car would be wanted I was then told they had too many cars and wouldn't be taking mine after all, more I'll mannered conversations with Steve and I was low balled, left a very bad taste in my mouth, I achieved £1400 more than their valuation when I went elsewhere. Shocking! I would not recommend at all.

Sold car with fairly large dents which only noticed after purchasing. Wasn't told about them and payed high price as I thought it had no damage. Will not contribute towards the price of fixing either. I understand I should have thoroughly inspected but the car is black which makes it very hard to spot dents until the light hits it just right.
Bought my car from here and that was great. But trying to get an MOT through their service centre is terrible. Twice I've booked it in and asked for a courtesy car. Twice I've turned up and they haven't had one despite accepting the booking. Apparently the online booking process doesn't convey any of the information you put in to the garage.
So far not impressed I’m afraid! We have been waiting a whopping month after purchasing a Range Rover evoque from this dealership, for two parts to arrive to fix 2 things with the car which were not made clear to us at the time of sale weren’t working. I also still haven’t had the new log book through to be able to put my private plate on either. We also have to keep chasing them for any update. Although this is a used car, £20k is by no means a small amount of money to have spent to receive service like this.
