Lovely bar/restaurant in a lovely position.
Very dependant on the weather due to its location, very busy yesterday and sadly the bar staff, as good as they were, couldn't keep up, which helped to make up our minds to move on.
Could do with small bottle bar outside when the weather is so hot to take the strain off of the main bar.
Singer was good, however the afternoon/evening should have been shared with a quality dj.
Can't comment on the food service as we didn't use it.
Overall, a very nice bar in a pleasant ( weather permitting ) spot.

Food was amazing and delicious service was very slow and the wait was an hour between courses which ruined it. We sat down at 8pm and finally got out mains at 9.47 then had to cancel dessert as it was taking too long. Table of 6 so no excuse. We spoke to 3 Managers (not sure which one was actually the manager as pretty sure they lied to us) and they did give us 10% off the bill but for a 50th birthday night out it was ruined.  Food was really nice in fairness.

I have always wanted to visit this location since it first opened, but last weekend we walked in to filthy floors which really gave a unprofessional feel. Then we spent nearly 20 minutes to be served. 
Once a bar staff member came to take our drinks order she was swept way by a manager? to serve his friends in the corner! 
On that I politely asked my partner if she didn't mind leaving and we visited our favourite place The Cult Bar which was also busy but we managed to be served in minutes. 
A wannabe champagne bar failed.

Booked lunch for our wedding anniversary, unfortunately service was terrible.... really bad. Eventually went up to the bar to get the ball moving and order some drinks....bar staff rude, crashing things around in a right huff!! We abandoned lunch and headed to the Salt House which was fantastic.... perfect food and flawless service.

We booked a table of 6 for a bottomless brunch. When we arrived, the restaurant were not aware of our booking. When we were finally seated we were offered the lunch menu as there was no brunch available - the restaurant did not even have the ingredients to offer brunch. We also found that there were a few times where we were trying to get the staff's attention for drink top ups. 

When the food (which was average and the fish was soggy) arrived, the fries on three portions were very undercooked so we had to wait for replacements. They then delivered two portions rather than three, so we had to wait until more or less the end of the meal to receive the third portion.

We also felt a little bit uncomfortable to be sat with a wedding, although we were told it was fine. The waitress, Brooke, was brilliant, the prosecco and the chips on the fish and chips were great but otherwise it was a disappointing experience.
