BEAUTIFUL  I redeemed my Auntie Anne's points for the first time yesterday, the member of staff serving was super helpful in helping me use my ID code on the app.  I ordered the Nutella share and tear, he said they didn't have any almonds which was fine by me and said they would freshly make it and to come back ten minutes later.  I did that and was served by someone else but as soon as I appeared he knew I was the one who ordered, as they had no almonds he recommended me a different topping - even though I declined it was really good of him to recommend.  The tear and share was lovely and warm.  Would highly recommend, staff was great and food was yummy!!

Tried to pick up a to good to go order here and they were out of stock so we never got our food and were still charged.

Lovely cheese jalapeño pretzel, still warm and really enjoyed it. However £4.60 is steep! Could get a whole meal deal for that or a big sandwich full of fillings. I hadn’t clocked the prices til after I’d ordered as I just wasn’t expecting it to be nearly a fiver.

Lovely cinnamon pretzels and hotdog pretzel bites. I buy them every time I’m at the mall, very true representation of the American brand.  The staff are courteous and super helpful. 100% recommend

I visit every chance I get! I love the vanilla and cinnamon pretzel bites but I really go for the lemonade! It isn't the carbonated lime water we call 'lemonade' here but a sweet treat made with real lemons. Super refreshing!

Lovely cinnamon pretzels and a very warm and cheerful customer service from the guy with an Italian accent!

Loved the pretzels, and the equal the brand's American stores too. Gave 4 stars because the lemonade want the best.

Dont go there for the pizza!! I got a regular cheese pizza and a vegetable pizza and it was absolutely terrible. For starters the pizza dont taste of anything and the dough is so bad, they re-use the pretzel dough which doesn't give it justice. Im so dissappointed you're better off getting the pizzas at greggs whilst at a lower price. The pretzels are mediocre at best.

The gent that served me today was delightful really helpful and kind omg the vanilla pretzel yummy
