Amazing place! Try to go very regularly for my morning raspberry and vanilla muffin, large caramel latte and breakfast bap. Sets me up for the day! Very friendly staff. Can’t thank them enough for making me feel so welcome! Would recommend to anyone as a relaxing stop on their shopping trip!!
Afternoon tea for 2 for £17 was a great deal and seats were comfortable in a spacious room. Very helpful staff
Tables not clean. Had to ask for one to be cleaned and staff member didn't seem happy when doing it!! No evidence of social distance spacing. No track and track system evident. Crumbs etc over the floor. Won't be going again. Normally go to Costa but there was a queue. Will wait in queue next time!
First thing I noticed in the current climate was know track and trace implementation and toilets still out of order, these have been out of order for a while now, well before Covid 19 was heard of and resorted to using paper cups. Small details like this don't make me feel so valuabled as a customer. It's a shame really.
Great atmosphere. Fantastically delicious muffins. Cooked that day too. Go in every time we go to Freeport. Definitely recommend
