I am writing this after coming back from the Jewellery Quarter and Aspire Diamonds and as there have been no recent reviews of this merchant - which I believe really does not do this establishment justice! I am not being paid to write a review and neither do I have a vested interest in this business. I am happy to be contacted and to allow anyone to inspect what we purchased and view the receipt. I suppose you could describe me as simply a really really satisfied Groom who nearly passed up the opportunity of going into this place - purely judging it on the reviews below. One of which concerned me as it was bad so I thought this place must suck lemons but boy was I proven wrong! This was the fourth shop in the Diamond Strip that we went into after going into Clearwater Diamond, Premier Diamond and Crystallink and I have to say I was cautious but I am so glad I did not overlook Aspire Diamonds as we received a warm welcome and wonderful service from the advisor named Anette and Ross (Manager) - after what can only be described as endless demands being thrown at them from my side. Not task was too big or too small for this establishment it seems. Wanting an Round Brilliant Cut Engagement ring with most importantly a GIA certification and two wedding bands me and my Wife to be must have been in that store for over 2. 5 hours! Anette showed us all the loose stones and separate bands where we tried the stone with the band and narrowed it down to our two favourites. From 4 claw settings to 6 claw settings, high to low, gold to white it was total anarchy from us wanting to see everything and they happily obliged! Armed with some research before hand I knew the 4 Cs and I was allowed to inspect each stone under the Jewelers Magnification Loupe (Eye Piece) to see its true magnificence! After inspection we tried on and inspected and tried on again and inspected again under natural light to check for Sparkle and 'blingy-ness' till we were ready to view the documentation. At no point did we feel rushed and there was always a smile and humour and 'Don't worry its no trouble' and some more smiles and 'Its our job to make sure you're happy' all the way from walking in to walking out. At one stage we even had the Manager (Ross) who is a lovely lady looking under a microscope just to show us the laser inscription of the diamond serial number to ensure it matched the documentation and was kosher! Not that we ever doubted it! Ross and Anette really stood out for this place and it was worth every penny we spent. We even managed to barter our way to a great deal and walked away happy. I truly hope that Anette receives praise for the work and effort and a good commission structure and would like to Thank the team for putting up with us! Thank You ross for the generous discount on the highest ranking diamond and wedding bands and the complimentary cleaning and aftersales service!! We truly appreciate it! The only room for improvement if I was being pedantic is perhaps there could be some stools to perch or sit on when looking at what is going to be the biggest purchase of a persons life as my poor back felt the pain today from standing! Tea and Coffee could be added to make this place a real Gem (Pun intended) from the rest of the merchants on the strip. But due to the sheer number of people walking in and out, understandably this could prove to be a mute point! Thank You Aspire and we will be back at pick up!

I was looking for a wedding ring and found exactly what I was looking for! It fits amazing and looks exactly how I always pictured it. Also got it engraved free on charge in a shop! Thank you

Couldn't be happier with the service I got when I needed something special for our anniversary. I was after a diamond bracelet but with a particular specification so had to be custom made. The staff were helpful and took down my requirements and simplified along the way (I always start off big). The quotation was spot on. My partner was very happy. We even had a card and bottle of champers.

DONT BOTHER with Aspire Diamonds, great service up until you have a problem or want an exchange. All there diamonds are in house certified which isn't worth the paper it's written on.
