Absolutely appalling service, ordered in February due for end of May which is longer than most places anyway. No one rang to say order is ready, I rang continuously no one answers was told we need to check, now 4th June rang them today they are saying yeah ready to pick wedding is tomorrow and in the order I stated that I’m coming from a different city will need to know in advance when the orders here. Spoke to saima on call and absolutely shocked at her attitude considering at time of order and taking £200 deposit they were completely fine and now that it’s their fault they won’t accept but just be rude. She also stated that why would you order for 2 days before the wedding like excuse yourself I ordered in February and was reassured it will be ready before the wedding. So many other places on ladypool road who are faster and accommodate with each customer with respect such as Sana bridal purchased 5/6 orders from them always on time and appreciate the customers. First and last time ordering here absolutely appalling service.
I had a great experience at this store. Sadaf looked after us the whole way and made sure I was happy with my outfit. I’d travel from London to Birmingham again to get my outfit from this store! Lovely ladies working there.
I placed an order for a Nikha outfit in September 2023 for my wedding in April 2024. I went to collect my outfit in January 2024 and the colour of the bottoms was wrong therefore meaning the whole colour combination was wrong. I was then told they would rectify by the end of February a date they gave, so the end of Feb comes and I am the one having to ring for updates on a weekly basis, to be told I'll be called back but no calls. When I then called in the 1st week of March and asked to speak to a manager. I was told they are not in and then conveniently got a call the next day. Only to be told they need more time, at this point my wedding in now 3 weeks away. They only have half the information, they themselves don't have a clue what's going on. They themselves don't trust what their tailors are saying to them. So now with 3 weeks left, I have made the decision not to risk it and got my deposit back. However on this phone call, 3 times this lady was interrupted by staff. The 1st occasion she made it clear she's on the phone but then 2 more times she just starts talking to other people while on the phone in the middle of a conversation, very very rude. For context, I placed my order for my Bridal lengha with another company in November and It was made ready to collect before my the outfit I ordered from Panache was. I wouldn't bother to even look in this shop again and would warn others against it. They themselves don't seem to have an interest in their customers and the orders they are placing.
I don't understand the negative reviews about this store as feels like some competitor is doing his bit but never mind . I can tell my experience of this store, we ordered our bridal and our Walima and partywear for grooms sister and order was given on a good time and customer service was brilliant. They have been here the longest from all the other stores and we trust them blindly as our relatives and family shops from here . Thank you panache for doing the extra mile for us .
The most horrendous service ever seen. We travelled far to come and buy from this store. My mum selected a dress she liked and the sleeves were too long. Sadaf who is the most rudest sales assistant measured her sleeves. My mum specified that they are longer than her arms and just wants it cut slightly but doesn't want her wrist or anything to show. Measurements were taken and we came back a few weeks later. First when we arrived they couldn't even find the dress and we told them which one it was. When my mum tried the dress on it was so ill-fitted despite paying so much for alteration. The main concern was the sleeves were way shorter . We told them and it was clearly their mistake. Instead of admitting this and doing something about it . Sadaf started shouting and left the shop despite us the customers still talking. The most disgusting service I have ever received. I have been to many shops and bought many clothes. I would not recommend here. Do not waste your money and time. They also made us wait for a long amount of time. The worst shop in Birmingham! PLEASE AVOID! It was a very upsetting experience and the way we were treated by Sadaf was horrible.
I came all the way from London and I wanted to go home that day with a wedding dress and I did just that. I trekked across Lady Pool Road and Stafford Road, but there was very few shops that had good quality outfits. Even less that had great customer service. This was there shop across the road called Roosh or something, but it's the same brand. My mum did say when I try on the outfit I'd just know and I think that was the case for mine. It was sooo reasonably priced I couldn't help buying something else from the shop. Just because their quality and customer service was unmatched. Really happy with my buy
I came all the way from Yorkshire to Ladypool Road to find a wedding dress and shopped around everywhere but the designs, quality and value for money was unmatched at Panache. I spent a long amount of time in the shop and was dealt with absolutely amazing customer service by Iram who did everything she could to find me the perfect dress. She was really professional and lovely throughout that it felt like I was shopping with a friend! I will definitely be back and would recommend.
I was very worried at first because I had read the reviews and a lot of them were very negative. I really liked the clothing designs which panache had and so I took the risk and placed an order with them. I had already brought to their attention the fact I had read the bad reviews but still was placing an order and did not want to be let down. I placed the order 8 weeks before I needed the dress and so with short notice they managed to complete the order. While placing the order I had no issues. There was one slight hiccup when I called up to ask if the dress was ready and arranged a date to collect, I called back before travelling 130 miles to Birmingham to confirm and they told me that I couldn’t come to collect the dress because it was still at the warehouse. I had even taken the time off of work to drive up and collect my dress. This was a little frustrating but we got there in the end. When the dress arrived it was stunning. The work was well done and looked even better than the original dress which I had tried in the shop. The top was made a little big, however the staff reassured that they would get this amended right away and it was ready within an hour. If you find your dream dress in this shop then I would go for it but ensure the staff are aware of the importance of your date and follow up for progression of your dress being made.
I ordered both my walima and barat day lengha from them and honestly would definitely recommend them. They helped me design both my wedding dresses the way I wanted them. Considering with the pandemic they were open and honest with me and kept an open communication and alhumdulilah I managed to get both of my wedding dresses on time. Thank you so much. If you need any wedding outfits or bridal outfits would definitely recommend them!
If I could leave a review less than 1 star, I would. I have received the most unprofessional service; the moment payment is taken, a customer has no worth or value at Panache. Sadaf in particular, who manages the store, has been so unprofessional. Upon taking my outfit into store because there was a slight tear, I was accused of everything under the sun- the fact that I had torn the outfit at home and that I did not contact the store on the same day. I was threatened that cameras would be checked to verify this was done at home and not in store. I asked Sadaf to verify by checking the cctv and phone logs. She refused to do so. I guess she knew who was in the wrong. Despite this, I was told I will be held to account for my words and my lies. She questioned my chacracter and spoke of Islam yet was so rude to me. Double standards. Someone who was so disrespectful has no right to question my word or character. Utterly disgusted by the service. I left a message for the owners of the store to raise my concerns. Over two weeks later, I still haven't heard from them. That's what Panache is all about. Avoid at all costs. Designer clothes can be purchased from anywhere but please don't compromise your self respect and dignity by going to this store.
