Monique & Morgan are exceptional in terms of the customers service I received. I had a bespoke idea for my chains and they perfectly brought it to reality at a competitive rate which wasn’t a easy task.  The most impressive part for me personally has been the up keep after the purchase , they have continued to show support by helping me with the up keep which shows their skill level in relationship building and customer retention.  I would highly recommend paying them a visit. 10/10 from me.

Impeccable service! Me and my husband had our custom wedding bands from here and nothing was to much hassle, constantly updated  with ideas and time frames even when we decided to change at the last minute. Our wedding bands are stunning! We have purchased all our jewellery from here and will continue as the service is bar none. Lovely welcoming family run business with great prices .

Customer service skills from Monique and Morgan have always been outstanding with me, they are very helpful and kind, I’ve brought many watches/ jewellery off them and they have always given me the best prices then other jewellers. They are by far the best jewellers in the midlands!

I originally purchased my engagement ring from here and then decided five years later to upgrade it with a halo they were so fast ! I accidentally damaged one of the prongs and the fixed it immediately! Also got it all revalued promptly for me to insure and returned it gleaming
