Story

We are manufacturing jewellers since 1990 and have been based in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter since 1977.
Along with manufacturing all types of Diamond Jewellery, we remodel and repair different types of jewellery in our modern workshop.

We have a shop open to the public Monday to Saturday 9.30am until 4.30pm, open on Sundays from nov 1 until dec 24.
Any design may be made in 9ct, 18ct or Platinum.

We have certified Diamond stones from GIA, IGI, HRD & Anchor cert.

We specialise in Handmade wedding rings.

I cannot recommend Warstone Jewellers enough. The team was fantastic from start to finish - from advising my partner as he built the perfect ring; to being incredibly speedy with any alterations we’ve had since. We’ve now used them multiple times, including buying wedding bands, engraving services, and resizing, and they’ve always been so friendly, as well as professional. They really are the best in the business!
My self and my husband have purchased engagement ring, Wedding bands, earrings and recently eternity ring. The ladies in the shop have been fantastic in helping us find the perfect jewellery. Great customer service.
We had a brilliant experience today with Warstone Jewellers. The help and guidance to purchase our wedding bands was faultless from start to finish. Friendly, down to earth and not at all ‘pushy’ as I have found some others to be. Lynn was such a lovely lady who offered excellent advice. What a gorgeous little shop with such lovely staff. There is a massive selection of beautiful jewellery and definitely something for everyone. Kelly who served us was so knowledgeable, gave her honest opinions, pointed out things that I had not thought of or noticed and really understood what I was looking for even if I did not. She was not pushy at all and was really patient with me. We went into this shop first and walked around a few others and none compared at all to the service we received here.
Fantastic place. We had to visit a number of times during the process of getting our wedding rings and every time the ladies in the store were helpful, friendly and informative. Prices were great, product was great and service was great, what more do you want. We even got a free rhodium plating for our engagement ring the week before the wedding. Absolutely amazing jewellers. Lovely ladies who work there very happy to help with anything and give you lots of advice. Brought my broken ring to be fixed. Was amazed by the finish and shine looked like a brand new ring. Took 10 days so very quick. Will be going back to look at wedding bands.
Browsed engagement rings with my fiancée and found the perfect one! Angela was extremely friendly, helpful and patient. We visited many shops in the Jewellery Quarter but Warstone Jewellers stood out as a real diamond! Would recommend to anyone looking for good quality and reasonably priced rings. An 18 carat review all round!!
Exceptional service! We have never been to the Jewellery Quarter before, but we will be visiting this shop again! We have just purchased our wedding bands. Kelly is very knowledgable and we felt very comfortable in the shop. Very good prices too!
Great quality jewellery and such lovely staff too. I’ve now had 2 custom made pieces from Warstone each exactly what we wanted. The team also communicated via WhatsApp which makes life easier! Really happy with our jewellery and we will be returning to support this local business.
A little gem of a shop. Served by Joanne, really relaxed, personable.. A really lovely and helpful lady. Happy to answer any all questions and assisted in helping me choose the perfect, bespoke wedding band. We did 3 shops, to get 3 quotes.
