Great choice in breakfast and it is also well cooked as one of them used to work at a Michelin star restaurant. Beds are nice and the place is rustic and a comfortable living space as they have converted their shed into a complex of different rooms. Wasn't fully booked when I was there so it was nice and quiet. There is a beach a mile give or take down the road. There is tons to do without having to walk for hours. Not quite luxury but extremely near. Great job so far😁.

Stayed for one night only Put in one of the rooms in the garden, as stated as disabled?? Good job I'm not in a wheelchair As path too narrow, and plants covering some of the path, plus very dark, when walking past the back of the house Also a step going up into room, but again, path too narrow, soma ramp wouldn't work, plus no room for a wheelchair Also, no grab Rail on the wall outside of room Room large, lots of cobwebs NOTICED hanging from ceiling Plus, empty glasses in fridge, that had fresh milk in, and left dirty Plus, the fridge inside and out needed a good wipe It felt as if those rooms are forgotten??? As quite alot of dust in bathroom, and on unit where tea coffee kettle ect Mirror very smeared and dusty Host welcoming though Breakfast very tasty, and cooked to order Shan't be staying again, as not comfortable for me, and struggled going in and out of room, due to step and no hand rail The only reason it's classed, I guess as disabled is due to walk in shower, but, again, not wide enough for a wheelchair So, the inspector needs to look at those issues As someone with a wheelchair may book thinking it's equipped for them, and turn up, and struggle Definitely not worth £85 per night As you can go a few miles down the Rd to Thornham And stay at The orange tree Where you have all you need Beautiful room Massive memory foam bed Amazing food Beautiful setting For £69 per night, including breakfast

A hidden gem! What a wonderful B&B. Spotlessly clean, bright and modern. Breakfasts were amazing, scrambled egg and eggs Benedict were awesome! Highly recommended!

Spotless rooms, very helpful and pleasant hosts. Mini fridge is a plus. Bathroom just renovated to the highest standards. It's a great place to stay.
