We rented a private caravan, so we can't speak for the service offered by Parkdean themselves. But, it's a beautiful park with a range of caravans. And bearing in mind we went during a bank holiday during the school holidays in August it was lovely and quiet.nnOur balcony overlooked one of the little ponds, which was lovely as we had ducks about all day. The dog loved watching them while he was chilling outside!nnClean park and a couple minutes walk from the beach and main strip.

Absolutely amazing experience! Got there 20 minutes before check in and gave our keys straight away. Lovely and clean just beautiful I Walked in and thought that they had given me the wrong keys it was that amazing. Staff was so welcoming and friendly would highly recommend to others and will be going back in a heart beat concerning the last part deans resorts we stayed in this one beats it hands down

Literally one of the worst caravan sites I’ve ever stayed on! Were bang outside the club house and it seems people prefer to stand outside the club shouting swearing and generally being rude all night rather than going inside the club says a lot! No staff members to move people along either! If you want to have accommodations outside the club it needs staffing! Realistically could do with zero let vans on the front of the club and maybe just the for sale show vans! Will not visit again the park itself isn’t great will not allow dogs inside the hub/club area although majority of the dogs I’ve seen are far more deserving than the “guests” here! Just full of rude loud middle aged men shouting and swearing into the night. The only good thing was the ban itself which was very pleasant albeit in a rubbish location!

We arrived at Parkdean Heacham beach on Monday 29/7/2024, we booked through a 3rd party provider who completely messed up our booking and didn’t contact us until we were nearly at our destination, through no fault of the park itself it was fully booked, we arrived with our kids and effectively had no booking, we couldn’t believe how amazing the staff at this site were, Heidi at reception was so helpful and basically moved mountains to get us sorted, the GM Jason was called and he was also superb and made sure by any means we still had our holiday and finally Angie and Arlene of housekeeping rushed around at the end of their shift to present us with a lovely clean furnished caravan, this team of people are all about customer experience and they delivered 100% , this is a lovely resort but made better by the professional hard working staff !!! Thank you all

Beautiful place within walking distance of the beach and arcades has a lovely swimming pool. Wonderful restaurant lovely cooked meals including breakfast.
