Just stayed here for 1 night to visit Hunstanton for the 1st time. This little b&b is a gem!! Owner is very friendly welcoming and attentive!! Nothing is too much trouble :) the facilities are amazing too we had our own amazon echo, amazon fire stick, bathrobes, games, tea and coffee, men's ladies & unisex toiletries even a bottle opener and glasses if you wanted to have a cheeky glass of wine in your room. It really is a lovely place to stay and very clean. There's unrestricted parking outside so theres no issues parking. Breakfast was great lots of variety to choose from and cooked to how you like. The owners also have a really friendly 2 year old cockapoo called wilf he's adorable. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!!

A beautiful well kept guest house ran by husband + wife team Paul & Barbara Nothing is too much trouble We were in room 1 which is a double sided first floor window room in which you can the sea through the houses in front It has every mortal thing you could ask for ... a beautiful king size brass bed which I wish I could take home with me ... toiletries that does boots to shame ..a most beautiful roll top bath sits in the big double window .. how I wish I could have got into it but due to both my hubby and mines disabilities that was not a problem..the ensuite has a lovely shower with lots of hot water a hot towel rail and a mountain of white fluffy towels .. there is your jown room log in WiFi. ..wall mounted TV. . bottle of water. ..a chiller to put your own drinks snacks in.. plenty of tea..coffee. .hot chocolate. .etc plus on the landing outside our room are more supplies plus one of those new fangled coffee pod machines ..all to use as and whenoj THere is also fan..heater small ironing board and iron in the wardrobe and lots of hanging space and drawers to store enough clothing for a few weeks! !! There are 3 bedrooms on 1st floor and a lovely twin bedroom of still very high quality on the ground floor ...we were asked both on the phone before we came and again when we arrived BUT the only reason we didn't take it was because it was a twin and hubby and I have never slept in twin beds!!! There is a fridge down stairs where fresh milk is supplied if you want to take that upstairs to put.v in your chiller to use instead of uht milk (which is free) and an array of crisps chocs cans juice lpppetc with an honesty box for you to pay for any goodies you might want to nibble The house has a lot of local information plus a bookcase of various novels etc you can borrow as well as dvds (which fit into your room tv) ..and a variety of boxed games..cards..dominoes etc all to borrow at your will . plus a first aid box of plasters bandages ..creams lotions and potions.. for any small incident again just to help yourself with There is a residents book of advice of local pubs and restaurants which are in the town nearby all within 5-10 mins average walking. speed we went off some of those recommendations and we were not disappointed at all by others choices and recommendations at all Now the breakfast ... this is pre ordered from night before up till 7 am of breakfast ...breakfast is served 8.30-9.30 A beautiful array of fresh items .their home made fruit salad is to die for plus you have about dozen cereals yougates nuts etc and porridge their menu is unreliable from eggs benedictine to bacon butties and every thing else inbetween Hubby went for full monty's of egg 2 bacon sausage mushroom black pudding beans tom (tinned or fresh ) fried bread hash brown and as much toast nice and hot tea or filtered coffee comes piping hot... there is a great selection of small jars of preservatives and things like marmite Nutella or beautiful local home made jam and marmalade at £2.50 which again you can purchase seperately once tried for free at breakfast via the honesty box Overall this is a welcoming warm and friendly hotel where nothing is a problem It is immaculately clean throughout and if you need anything just click ask!!!! We were also taken back by a lovely card and bottle of wine given free by the owners as I mentioned on the booking form this was a break for our anniversary which really touched us I wish we could give then 10 stars as this lovely couple both deserve it xxx Thank you both and as Arnie would say "we will be back" thank you once again for our lovely stay Carol & Martin xxxx
