No Hot food today served in the cafe. Overall great layout of the shop floor. Taken a few photos to show you guys. Everything was easy to find. Train station nearby.
Tried to do a click and collect here. Arrived for my slot and used the app to alert the store I was waiting. 20 minutes went by and I alerted them again. I waited another 10 minutes and then went inside to the customer service desk. The worker at the desk told me that click and collect “doesn’t work” I’m not sure what she meant but she told me there is only one worker doing click and collect and that she has to pick and pack everything by herself. Eventually I got my order after an hour in total.nI felt awful for the poor girl left on her own doing it. I’m a friendly and understanding person but I bet she’ll be getting some abuse from other customers who are kept waiting an hour or more, which isn’t fair as it’s not her fault. The managers need to sort it out and support their team members better so they can provide a better service to customers. I won’t bother using them again.
Although I agree friendly and helpful staffnwhenever we go there some of the shelves are empty and what you normally buy one week they have them the next it's not there with some items.nUnfortunately it seems a bit hit and miss.nWe do pop in as it's the nearest supermarket but not for our full weeks shoppingnBut it doesn't seem as busy as it used to be .nA shame as it was very goodnnBack again Friday 18:59 empty shelves
Sort the security guard out !! He waited outside for my husband then accused him of stealing preceded to follow him to the car and held his door open!! £300 a week we spend in this store and when this man got told through the head set that my husband has in fact paid there was no apology... how dare you try to stop him from shutting his car door and telling him he is band from the all asda stores . He paid for his shopping and your machines give the option for no reciept . He was incredibly aggressive in his manner and treated my husband like theif before getting clarification.nn20 years we have shopped here and we never had a issue . This security guard needs training on how to approach people and deal with these matters in an appropriate matter . As for being band for life we have no issue doing our shop elsewhere after this treatment .
