I recently shopped at Morrisons and was disappointed to find that the prices at the checkout were higher than the prices displayed on the shelves. It’s frustrating to see a price tag, only to be charged more at the register. This kind of discrepancy is misleading and unacceptable. I hope the store addresses this issue quickly, as it undermines customer trust. happens very often with other goods
Nice little area now at the back of the cafe ,great for the kids. Lovely staff. Always helpful nothing is too much trouble. Love the new kids sandwich packaging, they can colour it in.
Good selection of food and plenty of options on how you want to pay. Car parking is ok. Bit concerned about the people hanging around outside but not sure what Morrisons can do to change that. I don't usually shop here so compared to my usual shop I found it more expensive. Overall not a bad experience
Saturday 26th october 2024- staff on self service tills told me and my 4 year old to shop elsewhere. Neither would help with a gift card issue, and manned checkout staff were whinging about Saturday shoppers making them late for their breaks. Emailed head office.
Great stock and nice staff , I only wish the shopping carts were somehow secured pre-paid method or locked wheels after distance outside of the parking place so some antisocial characters don’t throw them to the river. Also more greenery- trees , flowers, benches , would be nice . The parking place ruins the riverside
