We arrived late afternoon but would have had time to eat our toasted sandwich if it had been toasted in time. It was not busy and there were 3 people behind the coun ter. My coffee was finished and I asked for the sandwich . Staff found it left on the side. Ofcourse it was all too late. We were given takeaway packets. . Then staff said I must ask you to leave. So sandwich eaten in the car. So ... training required at this coffee bar and refunds should be offered when mistakes like this are made.

Terrible, wasn't aware of my item on the menu and didn't know how to make it. Wasn't made properly, was very watery and tasted wrong. Why are all the Costas so inconsistent? It's like a hit and miss if you're going to get a good coffee or not.
