A rude and unreasonable staff. I clearly told them that the payment machine had a problem and could not read my ticket exemption, so the fare was not reduced. However, they said it was not their responsibility and then walked away.

Hi, I just bought cigarettes from the Sainsbury's, the service provided to customers is appalling. A person called John served me, absolutely no customers service skills. Treated me like I am here to waste his time. Really need to improve on Thier communication with the customer.

Luke is amazing!! He helped me find all of my shopping and told me where the good deals were. Amazing upseller could've convinced me to buy the whole stock! Thanks for all the help

Very slow and rude lady dark hair at self service point.  There was a long queue today afternoon and she was busy chatting instead of helping people on stuck on payment . This Sainsbury needs more active and friendly customer assistants especially on weekends.
