Love this asda !nnJust wish it was more lit up on the outside, and more accessible entrances.nnLast time I’ve been there only available entrance was through a dark alleyway. Some lights would’ve been nice !!!nnnice staff and selection
I ordered today for the first time online. Within the hour slot I received a message that the driver was delayed. Fine, that can happen. Another hour later I track my order and the driver is 1 minute away. 2 minutes later the order was cancelled. “The driver couldn’t deliver the order” apparently. Yeah right. I was home, waiting. I will take my business elsewhere.
This store really is a joke. Misleading pricing and advertisements that you have no idea until you get to checkout. And dont get me on the waiting list for security clearance to buy a bag...........shopping time doubled if you want a bag.
Paid for 24 hour service in good time for delivery. Not done. Not even 48 hour delivery. This is for key blood test. No refund offered. Don't touch them with bargepole.nnEDIT: Online Asda dr service then promptly reimbursed delivery fee. However I'm now a victim of phone number spoofing after Asda refused to engage. I make no allegations who leaked my number but the police are investigating both.
Very disappointed with asda reward app scheme, it seems they have realised they are losing money and have stopped rewarding.nIt has been at least six months since I have received a loyalty reward. This seams to be quite a common trend . Asda needs to promoting false rewards schemes
