Today, I did a clothes shop at the Arnold Store.nTracey was closing her till as she was due to go off duty.nWhen she saw that her colleague on the next till had at least two very very full large trolleys in her queue waiting to be served, Tracey reopened her till and served me, helping her colleague out… This demonstration was an act of kindness, consideration, help and support from one human to another. It was wonderful to observe Tracey.nShe was cheerful, warm and a pleasure to encounter. The Starbucks cafe has unusual sound dynamics, the round nature of the glass outer wall directs sound right round the room, so you hear conversations from the other side of the room as if they're at the next table... Don't go if you have something private to discuss, but good to have a bit of fun with.

He wasn’t only attentive to the customer he was serving, but also very aware of his surroundings and checking in on others as well. I rate this store, it is literally so big I cannot imagine it not having what you want here! Usually well stocked with quality produce. Fruit and veg has always hit on another level strawberries, in particular I have in mind, in the recent weeks these were stunning, juicy and flavourful. Hit the spot.
I’ve never seen such a large selection of frozen peas!!! They are the dominant veg in the frozen food selection. Alas not a minuscule of frozen suede in sight. But if peas is your thing then you’re in luck!!
