On the 28/11/24 i had a really well-looked after experience getting everything i come for based off of a send from GODnA staff member called steph helped navigate me through-out the new layout of the store i wanted toilet roll meal deal and and extra bottle of coke cola.nnHey steph say hello so customers know who you are because you are great with my anxiety.
Open good hours with a good variety of stock. Parking is convenient, although it can get a little too busy to get a space.nUsually, only 1 till open with them relying on you to use self service check out even when it's busy.nnCash point is located outside, which is handy.
Open till late, and the prices are mostly comparable to those at Tesco Extra stores. 2 self service tills. The security guard is very friendly. Parking outside is limited, hence, there is a 30 minute max stay limit.
Went to post a Evri parcel in this store. Queued behind 1 customer in front of me patiently. He was trying to also send a parcel...I was stood with my parcel clearly in my hands. Staff member looked over a few times and could see the parcel. When it was my turn the lady just said sorry you will have to wait now whilst I serve actual customers queuing behind you!! I had been stood waiting for 5 mins already. There was 3 people behind me..1 of which also had a parcel. I think if you offer a service then you should actually deliver!! I was so annoyed and didn't have time to wait for her to serve others...nor should I have had to wait. She clearly saw I had a parcel but at no point said whilst I stood there for 5 minutes that I would not be served. Absolutely ridiculous and I will definitely not ever be returning to this store. I went later that day to another shop...not Tesco and posted without any issues at all. The process took less than 3 minutes...so why could your staff member not serve me??
Small Tesco store selling essential items. Regulary use to pick up Milk and Bread and essentials as convenient location, late opening hours and car park which makes it easy to stop off if there spaces. Has a cash point outside. Usually clean, self service tills. Staff friendly and helpful.
