Shop like any other. Prices vary. But I worked for them and it looks bit different to me now. 
I know how it looks from back of the shop. And I'm glad that I left. Not paying properly for the job and expecting brilliant service. Rubbish organisation. That "Every Little Helps" it's one to their pocket. Shopping down to preferences but working for them...Not recommended at all.

Do most of my big shop here. Well layed out easy to find things. Staff are helpful when you do get lost. Options for shopping are normal checkout, self service and the scan as you shop.

If I could give this no stars I would. Went to do my Christmas food shopping. No big trollies available. Big shop but very poorly stocked. No cheese assortment, no cracker/biscuit assortment. The only beef was brisket. No pork pies, or dark fruits cider. Really didn't need a big trolley in the end! If I hadn't needed milk and water then I would have abandoned my trolley in the aisle.

A bit pricey, but you get all your needs under one roof. Check for deals, sometimes great

Very good selection and nice layout, prices are a bit high but you can quickly get what you want and go. Would recommend for many people though
