Co-op Food - Arnold Road

This Co-op store really suffers from a lack of space. The aisles are so narrow it is hard to get down them when other people are browsing. The layout is terrible. I would only recommended going in for essentials. Not a good place to shop. Usually only one staff member on a till so can get busy. Store has no parking other than road outside which can be full. Has cash machine outside.

It is a local area store and we must understand its limitations. Prices ok, but availability a bit of a prob.

Cheap products at silly prices. Getting fed up of going in the shop, only to be stood in the que while the cashiers are gossiping with the customers that they know out of work.

Really disappointing customer service here complaint made to customer service but I don't think I will ever go back to the store which is a real shame because I love shopping with the COOP.

Ive had food out of date by 2 years. Shop no room to move down aisles esp when staff is filling up.
