Absolutely disgusted with this company. My daughters Corsa suffered a major abs fault one day after the warranty ended. When she approached them for help. The only advise they gave her was to voluntary surrender the car to the hpi company and purchase another car from them. Then they let my daughter drive off their premises while heavily pregnant knowing that the common fault on corsa abs systems was a major dangerous reoccurring problem with vauxhalls. I then arranged for the vehicle to be taken to an independent garage who repaired the problem for 600 pounds plus and told me that in their opinion Arthur's were negligent in allowing the car to be driven off the forecourt knowing the level of danger that a faulty abs system could cause. They also informed me that the vehicles computer was showing that it hadn't been serviced for more than two years even though my daughter had taken the car back twice in the previous two years for an mot and service which probably explains why last year when the car came out having gone through the mot and supposed service they declined to give any paperwork saying the printers were down. It's people like these that give main dealers a bad reputation. We should have known what type of company it was when two days after my daughter purchased the car off them and having a full mot,she was stopped by the police and advised that one of her front tyres was illegal and the other was very close. When we went back to Arthur's they addressed the problem by having two part worn tyres fitted. Avoid these people.

Productive, friendly and helpful staff that have always gone the extra mile to make sure myself and my family have received all the benefits of our Vauxhall cars. I have recommended this dealership to my friends and acquaintances and they also feel extremely happy with the service here
