absolutely time wasters, got the sale agreed with £500 less than online already low valuation, and they them phoned me up that they did some extra checks and they drop valuation even further or i cam have a car back, after they reported to DVLA that the car was sold. avoid this place at any cost, this company is a joke and now they own Cintch so watch out what you're buying from that website.

Extremely easy to deal with, best price, beat the likes of Motorway, CarWOW, Evans Halshaw easily. Over £3,000 more from WBAC over some offers from CarWOW. Definitely recommend.

The service we received was fast, informative and so very easy. We made an appointment, arrived and our car was valued quickly. The final offer was close to the quoted price which impressed us. The sales advisor, Mr Craig was friendly and approachable, answering all our queries. We would definitely recommend the Wrexham branch.

I was very happy about the service from WBAC in Wrexham. I felt I had a really good deal on my car. The PCP was cleared within 3 days and the balance was in my account the same time. I was really surprised and impressed both with the service and the amount I was offered

Worst company l ever come dealt with. My offer was reduced by 50% at the interview stage. Only if you got no other choice take you car here!

Absolutely great way of selling your car, no fuss or tyre kickers, I made the appointment,  met with a guy,  who inspected my car, told me what my offer was, which I was happy with,  he said the funds will be in my bank account within 2 hours,  but was in within 30mins. Would definitely recommend,  we buy any car, to anyone,  thanks again.

Did registration number check. Arranged an appointment for the following day. Great price for car. Money in the bank the same day. Staff fantastic, polite, friendly and professional.

Famous for stripping you of cash. My car was in great condition, they still took an extra £1000+ off the quoted price. They prey on the vulnerable and desperate, those with no other choice. Process was at least quick and easy, despite getting ripped off  The guy was pleasant. Nothing wrong with the Wrexham branch, more the company as a whole.

Shocking customer service today. Man dealing with us had awful manners, hardly said 2 words even when we were asking him questions. Had the worst customer service - could definitely do with some training, just seemed rude. Didn’t give a clear reason as to why he valued the car so little when it is a great car in good condition. Would not recommend the Wrexham branch of that is their attitude.
