Car is not what I was expecting, been back for new battery, still waiting for the warranty I paid extra for,and every time I fill it with fuel I get get covered in it £25000 wasted And the best laugh was they said my car was to old for resale but they sold it for £20,0000

Very friendly salesman not pushy at all. Just didn't have what I wanted

I ordered a service level 1. It was promised that the car would go through the whole service excluding changing brake fluid. Car was supposed to be cleaned inside and out at the end of service and when the car was handed back to me I was told it was not done as this service is not available on weekends - when I booked my appointment I was told it would be done. I paid £209. After I checked my car it turned out that only oil and  oil filter was changed. Cabin filter and air filter are still dirty which only means these haven’t been changed which I was not informed about. I could have changed oil by myself in 15 minutes and not two hours but that would mean my warranty could be affected.

Not cheap, and they attempt to send you away with the job not finished to rebook for another day, only not so good if you have to get the campervan out of storage and drive 35 miles to get there. Apart from that, their service people are polite and attentive but a little dim on not understanding your problem.

I have always found the sales department very friendly and helpful. The service department, however, seems to have come from another planet. A cheery welcome from the persons behind the front two desks but hardly acknowledged by the service people. A year ago when I took my wife s car in for service I was made to wait far too long to be dealt with. About 10 days ago I phoned to book an appointment but had to wait until much later in the day to book it. When I called in to collect the car I was asked to wait despite nobody waiting at the desk. The process of collecting the car takes far too long. My main criticism is with the service staff. A smile and a     can I help you   would not go amiss. I notice that other people have also commented on the same things. I was pleased with the mot , service and clean up to the car. This part of the overall service makes me want to continue with trade at this Peugeot garage

Fantastic service from start to finish.  Before arriving at the showroom I called as I was travelling from Liverpool to see a car I was interested in. Speaking to both Lewis and Alan on the phone and telling them my story of how my car was recently written off, they were extremely helpful and were more than happy to help me back on the road and get me a great deal. There was no pressure from Lewis to buy and he was more than happy to show me round the car which I was interested in upon arrival. He was extremely helpful and not like your average salesman, fantastic advert for the company! Would 100% recommend his service if you visited. Sales manager Alan was also brilliant. Very friendly and happy to help with anything. Top fella! Had the car for just over a week now and it's a pleasure, felt completely at ease when leaving the showroom as Lewis introduced me to a member of the mechanic team. Totally different in a positive way to any other time I have purchased a vechicle. If you want a no pressure, positive and relaxed experience buying a car, would definitely visit. Top friendly people! Thankyou for getting my family back on the road!

My daughter was driving from Holyhead to Brighton and I had concern about a part on her Peugeot car, She contacted numerous garages by e.mail on the route checking for a part, she made it to Brighton without a problem. Arthurs was  the only garage who came back to me. Whilst they did not have the part in stock they made every effort to get it.

I had my car from here and the staff were very helpful and informative.

Sam was very helpful, friendly and understanding of our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. One of the best experiences we've had when shopping for a car, thank you.

Had some significant issues with my car. They did everything they could for me to get it repaired, kept me updated regularly and I received my car back in amazing condition. Special thanks to Rhys who handled the whole thing amazingly. Definitely recommend
