This is a late review.  Sold and bought a car here a couple of months ago now with Chris Hodges.  Exceptionally good salesperson, polite, welcoming and helpful.  He was able to make the process quick, easy and hassle free.  I can highly recommend Chris to look after you at EH Wrexham.  However, the product I received did not come without some minor issues that have yet to be properly addressed which I cannot fault the salesperson for as they are not cosmetic and I wouldn’t expect them to know as the car works generally well.  I am fortunate enough that I purchased an extended warranty.  So I am sure that EH will rectify the issues I have discovered with the car no problem given their excellent customer service when I am able to bring it in.

The whole process of purchasing a new car was straight forward and staff were always on hand/ happy to support. Initial purchasing with Chelsea and final arrangements/ post purchase with Phil was easy as both were flexible, friendly and listened to our needs. Have used EH in Wrexham many times and always feel that I have a great service and kept up to date with progress

A very easy and pleasant experience, was met by Joe on arrival. He brought the car to the front of the showroom, and took his time explaining the instruments features and controls. He then arranged a test drive, explaining the best route to take. After that it was down to the cost and extras that are available,which he was very knowledgeable about, we then paid the money,taxed and changed the insurance and drove home in our new car. Simple, straight forward, no messing about. Perfect.

I was recommended this garage by a friend who also used them to purchase his car and I am really happy with the service, professionalism and speed of service. Cameron assisted me with finding the right vehicle and was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process of purchasing it, ensuring that any questions or concerns I had were addressed and not once pressuring me or pushing irrelevant sales. Overall I recommend this garage and would definitely use them for any future purchases.

As we already knew the car we wanted, it was a relatively quick process of coming to a deal with James, who we found knowledgeable. However, there were some delays with the car being transferred from another Evans Halshaw site. We test drove the car and agreed that we would proceed on the proviso a repair was fixed to an alloy wheel which it was. On collection day it was Cameron who completed the handover, who made the process easy and he made it a very good experience on collecting the car.

I have had my past few vehicles with Wrexham. Each account manager has been attentive and helpful throughout each handover.  Chelsea was amazing on this hand over and made the process really easy.  Just a small niggle, the driver took two hours longer than expected, this was raised to the team on delivery.  Looking forward to driving my new car x
