Disappointing breakfast.nI had to go shopping today , but the promise of an M&S breakfast made it much more bearable.nImagine my disappointment when the anticipated breakfast was a real let down! I ordered my salmon and poached egg brioche and enjoyed my coffee, looking forward to the food. The chef arrived saying they didn't have any eggs! I chose something else which duly arrived and was lovely, but come on! Firstly, the chef should have let the counter staff know he had no eggs, so they could let customers who wanted eggs know. Secondly, the cafe is a few metres away from the M&S food hall. Surely they could go and get some eggs? It was mid- morning,  and I wasn't the only one disappointed by the lack of eggs. A first world problem, I know, but not the M&S experience I expect.

It's M&S, great clothes. Lovely food hall. Shop clean and tidy. Friendly staff

Had to clear and clean the table before a long wait for a toasted sandwich. When it did arrive It was served with dirty cutlery

Excellent shop lovely staff very polite.
