Love click an collect. I ordered at 5 teatime an my parcel woz ready nxt day 2 pick up.
This cafe has gone downhill fast staff don’t look happy in there job, takes ages to be served then looking for a table non had been cleared asked for the table to be cleared only to be told that it would be done as soon as the had a minute. Do they actually employ enough staff Also this is my second visit in a row were I have been told they have no spoons to give me!!! Terrible cafe will not be going again !
Called on 7th Sept 2.30 won't be coming back !! Staff miserable looking and rather stand around talking than serving.nNo offer of help to a dad pushing his baby and trying to hold his tray and with a toddler.nNeeds a clean particularly the wooden frames by the booths. Covered in dust
Returned to the cafe till to see if they'd forgotten my food order and was told abruptly that I didn't order it. I assured her that I did and she continued to argue about it. She then said, it doesn't matter does it?!!! I'm getting it for you. Another customer commented on how rude she was. She eventually apologised, saying she didn't hear me, but damage already done. This particular woman needs to find another job, outside of hospitality.
A decent M&S — has everything that you need more or less, including clothing
