They sell children's outfits with a label saying ..Not suitable for children under 14 yrs of age. The product is HIGHLY FLAMMABLE. I rang to complain and they said it was a printing error and due to the cost they would not change them. Also said they comply with EU directive Duh....we are British and no longer in the EU. And I doubt very much that the EU would sanction a product thats dangerous to a child. Also they stated the made them here. Label and packing clearly states made and imported from China. When I said I would report them to trading standards the lady got abusive and hung up. And yes I have reported them. They are putting our children's safety in jeopardy for cash. Please be very careful what you buy for your children from this supplier
I have to say the customer service with this company has been exemplary! They went out of their way to deliver something to me when I'd somehow managed to mess up the shipping on an order, and then unfortunately as I was clearly living in an optimistic dreamworld when looking at sizes I'm having to return this item, and again the speed in the getting back to me has been fantastic. So often its practically impossible even getting a response from a lot of companies. Dealt with Donna throughout, 5stars from start to finish, won't hesitate for all my kids fancy dress needs!
Great service. A Friend recommended them, so I popped along, not realising it was Click and Collect. But they helped me straight away and sorted my order out. Definitely will use again
Excellent quality items and a speedy service! Had an issue with an item not turning up in the first instance - but it was rectified efficiently with great understanding from the staff at ILFD. Besides that hiccup, the items received were first class in their presentation, made to last and definitely served its purpose. I would definitely buy from them again - and I would recommend them to anyone who needs any fancy dress in the future! Thank you ILFD!
Ordered fancy dress which was delivered next day but unfortunately missing items due to a tagging error on the system. Rang up and explained and the customer service advisor was apologetic and happily posted out the missing items guaranteed next day.
So I ordered an item on a Sunday, in plenty of time for the following Saturday. When it had not arrived the day before I needed it I rang I LOVE FANCY DRESS. I spoke to Melanie in online sales and she has very kindly sent me a replacement on next day delivery. Thank you great service, that's what you call customer service!

Just popped into the store on the off chance that they might have what I need for a show! Last minute panic, as I had forgotten to order some hats for a show this week! staff were super lovely and helpful! They helped me out straight away with what I needed! So very happy and panic over! Thank you ILFD!
I would recommend this company without hesitation. The products are of an extremely high standard and delivery is quick. The biggest selling point though is the customer service. It was so refreshing to just communicate with a person, emails were answered immediately and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely use again.
Cancelled my order without telling me as the item is out of stock although in stock on their website, and have also kept my money. Thankfully I paid using PayPal so have opened a dispute to get my money back. Particularly disappointed that they didn't tell me so I've waited over 1 week and now struggling to find a costume as everywhere is either sold out or can't deliver on time.
