This company needs to sort itself out. Understaffed, no online protection against bots scooping up new products, no option to pre-order for when they get new stock in. Absolutely abhorrent. I'll change my review when they fix their lousy service.
Absolutely awful service ordered online an American style fridge freezer paid for it and delivery was to be 4 weeks later. Day before delivery I received a text to say it would be delivered the following day, then I got another text to say DHL would be delivering it between 11:30-15:30 the next day. Next day arrives no more communication.. tried to call Argos waited over 45 mins went online waiting 25 mins to answer the questions then the guy left the chat before even looking into my complaint waited again a further 20 mins to be told I was connected to wrong person they would transfer me that took a further 20 mins and they assured me delivery would be made, it’s now after 7pm when I was told it would definitely be delivered by and no delivery!! Again I’m online trying to get someone on live chat and have been waiting 15 mins and I’m being told I’ll be up to a further 25 mins before anyone will be free!! Quick enough to take your money but customer service is shocking. Won’t order anything ever again from Argos
Ordered two bathroom draw units both came broken, waited 15 mins on chat only for then to not find my order, called they can't get a replacement out until Tuesday even though they do same day delivery on this item? Not good enough from a big company will stick with Amazon in future and wait the extra day
Went to collect a Fast Track order. Had quite a wait as the FT desk was unmanned upon my arrival which kind of defeated the purpose of ordering it online when I would most likely of had a similar wait had I ordered it in store.
It is ok. Staff are fine and friendly but there is long wait times. There doesn't seem to be a lot of staff on every time I visit. They also dont have the touch screen monitors that you can check sales and clearance items
Maximum parking time 1hour meaning you almost always can find a parking space to do a quick shop
Argos , staff are on hand to help you find what you need. If they don't have it in stock they will check different stores and if they are out of stock .the staff will help you get close to what you are looking for !!
Just want to say thank you to andrew in argos in perth for all his help today , what a kind helpful man, used to dislike going into this shop but what a difference andrew has made , well done andrew x
normally most things are in stock. reasonably helpfull staff. just another argos. not much more to say.
