Tiso, Perth, is a great outdoor equipment shop with an even better cafe. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The choice is interesting and varied. I can highly recommend the current scone with Polish blackcurrant jam. Well worth the stop. Thank you.
I love TISO! it’s like the english version of a Cotswold clothing but way better, more choice of brands, equipment, activity, generally cheaper too. I visit the one near Glasgow about 10 years ago and was very impressed, I visited the one in Perth about a couple of times this week already and every time I go in I find something new to look/buy, I have my wife hooked at this shop too now the loads of parking outside and the coffee shop upstairs make great coffee’s. Highly recommend visiting this shop, even when I’m holiday winter/summer to by clothing if you forgotten your at home.
1st class service and technical knowledge from Neil and Colin. Kindly arranged for ski boots to be transferred from another branch for my daughter and then custom insoles fitted. Lots of useful information and advice given. Would highly recommend.

Visited Tiso a couple of weeks ago. Asked about "price matching"...apart from the fact the sales person was not helpful..she was rude. I did explain,quite clearly and politely,that my enquiry was about a pair of very expensive walking boots....her first question to me was.."is this for a woman??" It was more than obvious that I am female...no reason at all to enquire as to my gender. Tiso might want to re-think and take on board an interactive skills course for their staff. I had told her, specifically,that the boots were for me. Her attitude was un-caring to the point of ignorance.
Tiso is a great shop with a huge selection of outdoor goods. The cafe is normally really good quality food and staff are friendly. My only complaint is when I got half way through eating my baked potato I pulled a hair off it. The cakes and scones are delicious though!

Called in April to buy a bicycle helmet. The team were very helpful and I got a comfortable red Bontrager Solstice MIPS helmet. Excellent. Fast forward to September and I fell off my bike, banging my head on the road, breaking the helmet, although I just had a bruise. With Bontrager, if you damage your helmet inside a year from purchase they say they will replace it. When I contacted Tiso, and sent it back to them, Mike from Alpine Bikes found my original receipt, and sent a replacement in a couple of days. Totally excellent customer service, and will shop here again. Thank you
Superb. Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable staff. High quality items. Amazing café with huge scones and wonderful cappuccino. Top notch all round.
Fantastic cycle service! My cube ebike had a battery key release jam on a Sunday morning. The helpful manager and cycle team resolved the problem in 30 minutes and I was back on the road to complete my route from Inverness to Edinburgh!
