We asked them to quote for a stair carpet. Their guy arrived early, by 5 mins (nice change). He gave great advice as we hadn't really made up our mind what we wanted.  He was honest with his opinion, again a nice change. 
They gave us a date for fitting and kept to that. It was great to come home from work to finally have carpet on our new stairs. Love it. 
We would recommend them for their friendly and honest service, let alone their fantastic prices and range of flooring.   So much so that we are going back to them for our en suite flooring.

Got a good price on Lino and Fitting compared to other  carpet stores.Man who fitted kitchen  Lino was on time and did a great job.

poor service I received from your company on August 17, 2017.

I have ordered floor from them and was meant to have it fitted on Thursday morning, they were running late and never even bothered to let us know. when I eventually got to speak to them on the phone they said they will be there in about an hour . Then they said they were at the shop but nobody was in to let them do it… which is another lie ...my mum was in all this time and the guy never even bothered knocking to the window.
when I phoned them again whoever I was speaking to informed me that they are away to do floor 2hrs away from our town and won't make it today.
Because it's a business and we can't afford to stay close any longer than this one planned week I showed my disappointment and told them that I don't care how they are going to do it but it have to be done today.
Again. the same guy who I spoke to (attitude of “I'm always right”) was trying to say it's our fault. but said they will do it as a last job ,as soon as they come back from wherever they went which should be between 5 and 6 but he will get back to me to let me know the exact time .. obviously never did
4:50 I phoned the shop again to ask what time they are going to be here. at this point I was told to give him a minute and he will get back to me after giving guys a quick call to find out where they are. Never phoned me back.
I've tried phoning again but the shop was closed and the guy away home.
Eventually arrived at 5:30 ..with wrong size of the floor (not big enough) . and tried to say it's our fault. But only then we showed then the notes we had in our dairy (all the sizes) and theguy eventually realised it wasn't us . 
also told us that the same guy did exactly the same thing few weeks back. (sent them to do job 3hrs away from home just to go back because they hadwrong size of the floor-not big enough).

They apologized for him and promised to come back early morning the next day. 
Before arriving I got a message on my voicemail from the shop saying that I have to pay extra money because the floor is bigger .
I obviously phoned him back.
The same guy who I as speaking to the day before answered the phone.
when I said that we paid for two pieces of the floor he became rude and won't let me say a word.
Eventually he stopped when I asked if he will let me say something.
when I said that I'm not happy but will have to pay as we need the floor and don't have time to look for it somewhere else , he said “well,we don't have to do it if you don't want it “ 
what a joke..
obviously had no other choice than pay it as the floor was meant to be done the day before and we had plumber etc coming to finish his job.(because of this shop plumbers job was delayed).
I've no idea who was dealing with my order and who I was speaking to when they phoned me or when I was phoning them but I've never in my life experienced such a poor customer service. 
My impression of that awful company has been tarnished.
Definitely won't be back.
Just because they are a discount shop doesn't mean they don't have to treat customers right.
Will also make sure that none of my friends or family will have to be treated like he treated me..

(the only good thing I can say is that guys who fitted the floor were honest and they did a great job )

Not reliable.....Two promises of visit to measure room...stayed in all day first time. asked for specific time second visit and still no one turned up...Going elsewhere. Not the way to run a business
