Bought a necklace online and it came in really tangled. Came into this store and Cassandra was very helpful and helped me with my problem and even went the extra mile to gift wrap it! Very grateful for the help just in time for my girlfriend’s birthday
One staff was very rude. I don’t want to mention her name here. She has never been friendly at all whenever i visited this store. I wanted to try something but she just said “No” without any explanation. She should definitely change her attitude. I’ll never go back to this store. Other staff are friendly and helpful tho.
Pandora has a great range of jewellery that is reasonably affordable, the staff there take the time in the work to make sure the customer gets exactly what they are looking for, they size everything up perfectly too. Very friendly and professional staff.
We went the place to buy some rings ytd but tbh it was very disapointing. I found one that i liked so asked one of the staffs to try on but she was pointing at the other customer and like “don’t you see i’m helping another one?” Even tho the lady infront of the staff did not ask her anything. We were ignored for the whole time and had to walk out of the shop.
Went to Pandora Hay St this afternoon to get some present for ny fiance, been greeted by Andreea and had the most welcoming atmosphere I’ve experienced so far going to a Pandora Outlet, her product knowledge was great!
Didn't see the usual for Pandora store attitude. Made my purchase but the stuff member was rather rude than nice. Haven't heard any thank you or anything.
Store was busy but i was ignored even though i was next. Staff member serving one of the many Japanese tourists in shop. Was going to buy 2 bracelets for mothers day gifts
Bought a ring here and it was very nice and all but it wasn’t enough to keep my wife interested in me. I tried though. Cheers for great service
