This was the best experience I've ever had at any car dealership or garage I've ever been to. I've been to pretty much every dealership you can think of and absolutely none of them have touched the customer service and friendly atmosphere I encountered here. It's not Ford garages as such, at the Leamington one they're all ignorant and rude, I've been there at least five times and every time it was awful. But when I went here I phoned up and spoke to the receptionist and he was very friendly and professional, both on and off the phone. My appointment was with Kevin, now I've dealt with substantial amount of not just sales representatives but also Motability Specialists. And I can honestly say the only person I would ever consider to be a "Motability Specialist" is Kevin. He made my entire experience from walking through the door to going on the test drive and placing an order, a complete joy. I've had Cars from listers three times now from three different branches and all experiences have been riddled with errors, rushed and just plagued with blatant incompetence. Kevin didn't make a single mistake throughout the entire process and made everything so incredibly easy for me and made me actually feel like he cared and wanted to not only make sure the car was right for me but also that I was pleased with my time there. And I was, I was and am completely and utterly impressed and will recommend this dealership to anyone looking at a ford vehicle. No dealership or branch has come close to rivalling the experience I received here. Thank you very much for everything.

I have had my car serviced today by Tom, great customer service and communication. Tom informed me of how much everything would cost and exactly what they were going to do to my car. I will definitely be returning.

An extremely helpful, honest and efficient garage - I had a HUGE problem and they went out of their way to put things right and get me back on the road in no time flat! Well done!

Big boss man attituded  poor NEVER brought current ford from them and most deafontly won't be buy my new ford from them. Everyone else very happy with.
