Jacksons is a fantastic dealership - I bought a Fiesta c.13 years ago from here and my only reason for not repeating the same immediately was that I didn't like the replacement model. I returned today and LOVED the new model Fiesta, and am strongly considering it, while I am interested in the new 'small SUV' models that Ford don't currently offer. Chris and the team are (and always have been) delightfully understated and very personable. When I bought my previous car from Chris he didn't push at all; he knew what I wanted/liked/needed. If you want a Ford then I strongly suggest you go to Jackson's.

We Had issues with my partners Ford Fiesta back in November. Took it in to Jackson’s where they had the vehicle for over three weeks. Dan the service manager and his team were brilliant the car is fault free and drives as it should do all I can say from my experience was they said what the problems were then rectified them to a very high standard I would recommend this garage to anyone they are very professional people and know what they are talking about I will definitely be using the in the near future for anything best regards mike hutchins / Dawn Hughes.......

Very welcoming and allow you look around cars without any sales pressure. The only dealer where I was able to test drive by myself, the whole experience was very easy.

Chris and the team sourced my wife a vehicle a few weeks ago, upon inspection we decided to hold out for a higher spec'ed vehicle in the correct colour of which they successfully sourced. Really pleased with the car as it ticks all boxes on our option wish list and more! A very pleasurable experience. Thanks to the Jackson team.

Jacksons are a family-owned dealership and they really care about the customer experience. Have bought two cars from them, would happily and will buy another. They are pleasant hard-working people and they know their stuff. For example, the service manager, Dan, phoned me up and explained carefully for 10 minutes everything they had checked/fixed on my car before I picked it up following its annual service. They are very good for tyres too. No wobbles if they install them, unlike some other places I could mention...
