Today was an amazing day made only by Individuals Adam and Brandon. Initially Brandon give me the confidence and assurance that we can do business. He listened to all my needs and acted totally professionally and in a courteous manner. Then came Adam who before I could go into negotiations offered me a realistic deal on my car. To this I was very happy and contented. Thanks guys you made my day. MB dealers take note.
My car was booked in for an airbag recall. Lauren made the whole process seamless and very easy. Courtesy car was very much appreciated and the work was completed ahead of schedule. Video of the health check was very useful and I will be booking in again to have the work done soon. Great work and a happy customer! :
Service was carried out satisfactorily and the car was collected and returned promptly. However, the car was also booked to have the front passenger airbag changed on the same date after being recalled. This was not done because the part was not available despite the booking having been made 6 weeks in advance. This is the second time this has happened the first occasion was not for the recall but for a different part - it turned out the part had simply not been ordered in time.
So happy with my new car. Such an easy process. The showroom is a very welcoming place and everyone is super friendly. Tom McGinn in sales found me the perfect car and went above and beyond to deliver it to me in perfect condition. After sales care is great too. Not the usual pushy car salesman approach!
Very good experience today with Tom..very attentive. Understood the car o was interested in and helpful to shape the thinking about my potential purchase. Able to go on a test drive and test the car. Tom was very good in sharing the technical spec which as the mercedes brand is new too me. Will be getting back in you h soon. Excellent service overall
Went for the first time with my EQS. I had a run in with a pheasant that dislodged my grill sensor. Service manager came out and assessed it straight away, did a brilliant job popping it back in and sent me on my way in 15 minutes. Really excellent old-fashioned customer service, and one that was really appreciated. Five stars
I purchased a new A35 from this dealership and although the car had defects on it that were not advertised or described to me at the time, the sales manager Kurt rectified this immediately upon me emailing him and got everything fixed for me. Very happy with his service and communication, this is the way a car dealership should operate and customers treated. Would recommend!
I bought a used C class estate as a distance buyer, always a worry. I needn't have worried at all, the car is fabulous and Jon really went the extra mile to get the car to me. I have a slight problem with the vehicle but I have no doubt that the team will do all they can to remedy this and I'll edit as necessary. Awesome service.
Very good experience. Car was booked in for a recall with an issue with mercedes me connection that had been difficult to resolve. I emailed Shauna who booked the appt , arranged a loan car and kept me informed . This time issue has been resolved . Also the car was returned after a thorough cleaning. I am very pleased with the service and I am hoping that this will be a long term relationship with this dealership.
Congratulations to Mercedes Stratford Service department, not only did they get my car in quickly, but also diagnosed the fault with super efficiency and excellent value for money. Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Kerry.
