Waste of time, awful attitude towards customers. I checked on their website before visiting this store and they had every type of 12v small instrument cluster bulbs. I was looking for the rounded type (commonly known as globe bulbs) which showed as in stock and in their dozens. When I turned up the chap at the counter was talking on the phone which went forever, I wouldn't mind if he was making a sale or being helpful to a customer but his chat was just garbage. I parked my car right opposite their store but I could only pay by credit card and I only had cash so I kept walking away from the counter to look out for a traffic warden, he noticed this and when he finished with his telephone conversation he shouted out NEXT, considering I was the only person by the counter apart from another gentleman who was waiting for his purchase to be brought to the counter from their stockroom I thought that was a bit strange, his whole attitude was a disgrace. Anyway, as for my bulbs? I needed 15 all they had was a couple that looked nothing like my globe type. Wasted a time and money for nothing and unless they are the only parts company left in the whole of the UK they won't be seeing me again.

Euro car parts in general has not got a smooth flowing customer service experience. Tbh this store has a better service than others, but overall i still feel it was poor. To exchange products it ended up taking hours

Decent stock levels and staff are relatively helpful... but be prepared to wait! Pickers can be extremely slow. Good amount of parking space outside.

Items didn't arrive on time & management put aside alternative at better price for me (happydays). In-store service was rude however when I was being supernice

Best for normal engine electrical and body work staff.don't bother to go there to look for modified staff which you can buy from ebay
