Went in looking for an amp and advice. Excellent advice and excellent service all round. It was clear that Charlie and Ben cared about what I was looking for, and they didn’t want to push anything on me—they wanted to help me find what was right for me. Happy customer. I’ll be back when I upgrade the rest of my kit! R

Visited Audio Gold on the weekend with the intention of finding the perfect record player set-up as a gift for my brother in-law. We know nothing about record players but thankfully the shop owner (whose name we forgot to ask!) was incredibly helpful, worked to our budget and made the process enjoyable! What a legend, I'm certain we'll be back. Highly recommend!

Simply one of my favourite shops ever. This is what shopping ought to be like. Supremely helpful staff with great knowledge of the extensive range of high quality stock. Importantly, unlike some specialist shops they don't care if you don't know all the technical lingo and aren't an expert, they just help in an unfussy way - which is really welcome. I bought a brilliant brilliant system which I really love.

A great shop. Excellent selection of vinyl and equipment. Staff have to be some of the nicest guys to work at a record shop. Never change!
