Great gym, the staff are all incredibly friendly and always ready to help, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer. There is a strong sense of community among members. The monthly challenges also keep things exciting! Would highly recommend!
Signed up for a free trial, enjoyed the gym but it wasn't for me lack of changing rooms, proper lockers, small space. I've been repeatedly receiving unwanted emails since despite frequent requests to be removed from their mailing list. If this is the expected level of customer service where they completely ignore you then I recommend you avoid.
Pretty standard gym. Well kept, clean. Friendly members, super friendly staff. Best gym on the street.
What can I say really after the way I was treated. At the beginning it was great and then it was “hell” April last year my father passed away and my mum needed me so I called the Gym to cancel however I was persuaded not to cancel but to take a break for a few months or so and no payments would be taken by DD which suited me fine I was sent all the emails etc and that was great service. However a week or so later I was sent emails saying my DD had failed and my account was sent to Debt Collectors and they harassed me almost daily I forwarded on all emails telling me my account with the Gym was on hold but they didn’t care. From then on I sent all their mail back to them and returned all emails that they sent me. I would say to people 1. Not to join this Gym 2. Don’t put a hold on your membership - Cancel instead 3. Keep all communication 4. Join a better Gym
Have been member for 9 years even continuing my membership during covid closure to support staff. Yesterday had a 1/10 customer service experience staff were rude, unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. Were unable to process a day pass payment for 2 members I brought with me due to 'card machine switched off'. Instead kicked us out gym, when I offered solutions they were non compliant, I had then advised them I will be cancelling membership - to which the tone changed and they changed their perspective and THEN decided appropriate to let us in after rejecting every proposal. It's a disappointing experience and end to my time at AF but I recommend bigger, better gyms nearby.

We signed up for the Anytime fitness gym in Leeds but highly recommend you avoid the entire group. Compared with their competitors, the gym has less equipment and it was not very well maintained. Anytime Fitness also allow 3rd party suppliers to try and sell things such as supplements to their customers while you are trying to work out which is simply annoying. But more than this, their customer service is awful and they ask you to sign-up for a restrictive 12 month contract. They double charged me for my first months fee and it took over 1 month and lots of chasing to receive a refund. Unlike other gyms, they also have a Customer retention team which indicates some of the problems they are facing, the team are very unhelpful. Overall, groups like Puregym are cheaper, more flexible and have better equipment. Anytime fitness appears to be a grubby, cash focused small business and I was really happy to pay the early termination fee to go elsewhere they wouldn't let me cancel otherwise even although I moved back to Scotland!.
An amazing gym - staff are great and 24 hour opening times make it ideal for me as I often work late. It's always super clean and the private bathrooms and changing rooms are excellent! I only wish it had one more squat rack or a dedicated bench press rack, and a deadlifting platform - other than that it's perfect for me!
I've been a member for just over a year and I couldn't be happier. The staff here are friendly and approachable. The equipment meets all my training needs and whether I am here in the early hours, midday or even at midnight I can be in and out in under an hour! The gym was recently refurbished with padding put down in the weights area, this demonstrates how attentive the staff are to the needs of the members. I would recommend Anytime to anyone in and around the West End and further afield. It's suitable for students, workers and older clients and the equipment caters for a range of training goals. 5 stars.
I joined this gym when it opened 3 years ago and wouldn't think of going to another. Yes it is a small gym but I don't feel anonymous in it. The staff are friendly and helpful. The equipment is good and up to date. The facilities are as good as any other gym. The clientele are a mixture of all ages, professions and students. It is a 24 hour gym, so suits people who work shifts, or night owls . A great wee gym
