Great classes! Very upbeat and happy instructors which makes the experience incredibly rewarding and gives you that push you need. You walk out feeling super motivated and excited to come back. Social distancing practices are in place and everything is sanitised with hand gel available.

One of the best workouts I've ever had! Mandy was an amazing coach and made sure everyone got the best out of the class while making us all laugh. Fantastic if you need to get in shape and let off some steam. I can't wait till my next trip to Glasgow to get back in the saddle.
