My now husband and I found our engagement ring here! This family owned business is as above and beyond kind to us as we didn’t know we needed an appointment make sure you make one. Despite our jet lag, we found our engagement ring with the assistance of AJL and we couldn’t have been happier. They even clapped for us when we announced we found “the one.” It was so sweet and we felt so supported. Due to their kindness, I often look at my ring and I am able to remember so many lovely memories! Thank you, ALJ! We will be back!!!

Diamond fell out within hours of receiving it. Made the mistake of buying an engagement ring here. The diamond fell out immediately upon receiving it and they refuse to cover the repair cost, or even cover the cost of the return. Customer service repeatedly blamed us for the damage, which literally happened within hours of receiving the ring and hardly being worn. Upon taking it to a trusted jeweler, the setting is completely falling apart and in need of major repair to be worn securely. It was also immediately clear that the ring has been cast from an original antique. Not accurately advertised. Buyer beware.
This was the nicest buying experience ever. I had a lot of questions before doing the purchase and every single email had been answered promptly and politely. The transaction itself was very smooth without any problems. The item had been dispatched same day of purchase and reached our home in Germany after 7 short days! We were happy and pleased as it arrived just before Christmas. I can absolutely highly recommend this company. It is trustworthy and reliable. Purchasing from them is safe and the items' description is 100% like the things really are when you hold them in hands! I cannot recommend this place enough! I bought my now fiancé's ring here and she absolutely loves it. I booked an appointment after finding a ring I liked on the website, but also mentioned a couple other styles. I was warmly greeted and presented with the ring but also a large number of others that matched the styles. The buying experience was just lovely and the after care has been spot on. Thank you!
The AJC are absolutely fantastic. I bought an engagement ring from them and they couldn't have been more helpful. Their jewellery is beautiful, the website works really well and Olly and Matt are both incredibly friendly and experts at what they do. The credit system which is now available is also super easy to set up and use. Couldn't recommend AJC more highly! She said yes!
I bought my gorgeous Georgian ring from this company and they have fulfilled all my expectations. It had to be resized and they did a beautiful job considering the design of the ring and the postage was insanely quick! The packaging of my new ring was absolutely gorgeous. Finished with a bow!
