Simon and his team certainly delivered. I went in with my Mum and it was a very enjoyable, helpful, entertaining and an unforgettable experience. I was extremely happy with the service and the end product. I would highly recommend. We will be going back for our wedding bands. No brainer.
Tough call had to made in Hatton Garden over what to get my girlfriend for Christmas. The friendly atmosphere, conversation and banter with staff in Abiba's made the decision making much easier and in the end the lovely Sima modelled a beautiful necklace with diamond pendant that absolutely flattered the bespoke engagement ring I had. Great deal! Thrilled!
Simon was genuinely one of the most nicest and upbeat owners that I have met. Took the time to make sure he understood all my requirements and made me feel at ease around my big day knowing that he would deliver the goods. I could not have been any more happier with my engagement ring purchase and it was simply stunning and perfect. Not only have I found a place where I can continue to purchase jewellery in the future I feel like I have also made a friend. Simon’s mother was also very supportive and played a key role also in making sure I purchased the perfect ring. I would highly recommend Abiba for any jewellery purchase as you definitely will not be left disappointed. Kudos to Simon and his team, fantastic shop and excellent service!!!
Simon and the team are incredibly trustworthy, helpful, honest and accommodating. For me personally this was particularly true in regard to my budget and timescale. The engagement ring I bought was of superb craftsmanship and I am so grateful to Simon for the immense generosity of customer service that he showed me - he will go above and beyond to help you find the right ring by the right time and to get the best deal for you. If you live far away from London like me, they are worth travelling to! I echo all of the positive reviews below - Simon and the team are incredibly friendly and reassuring, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I only wish I could add an extra star!
Would recommend! I've recently brought an engagement ring from Abiba, and I was really happy with the service. Simon was very chatty and put me at ease - like another reviewer has commented, he comes across as very enthusiastic and as genuinely wanting to help you find the ring that's right for you, rather than giving you the hard sell. The ring I settled on is lovely; I'm very happy with my purchase.
Absolutely amazing experience designing my own engagement ring and wedding band travelling from Cardiff purely due to Simons good nature. Never been somewhere more welcoming in my life. Simon is a wonderful person and I look forward to meeting him again soon. He made my wishes come true by creating a masterpiece for me. All within 2 days he made me very proud and I believe there are good people out there and Simon is one of them. I was in Hatton Gardens searching for the best place to make our wedding bands, one of which was a bespoke and specific design. Of all the places I visited, Simon was the first and only genuine, kind, trustworthy, smiley, positive, friendly I could literally go on vendor that I encountered. There was no force to make a sale, it was a great price and the best service I could have asked for. Planning a wedding is stressful but when you come across people like Simon along the way, he makes the whole thing better. He told personal anecdotes and let you into his life. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole process was easy. The box he put the rings in was AMAZING too!! Finally, the quality of the rings were absolutely perfect. We were thoroughly impressed. Abiba is only one place you need to go in Hatton Gardens if you want to find the perfect engagement ring ! I was blown away by Simon's genuine, warm hearted, patient help and advise and the flexibility he provided so I could make the perfect choice. Every time I came back into his shop he put a smile on my face and we ended up with the most magnificent engagement ring at a very fair price. Can't wait to introduce my fiancée to Simon and chose the wedding bands.
We had a brilliant experience at Abiba. Simon designed my engagement and wedding ring which were both absolutely stunning. They far exceeded my expectations, and I'm very particular! I could not have been happier with the result. To top things off Simon made the whole experience from start to finish fun and very special.
I got referred to Abiba through my brother-in-law and a close family friend who both bough diamond engagement rings from Simon. What can I say? Simon was extremely helpful, professional and did his utmost best to find me something within my budget. I shopped around quite extensively both in Hatton Gardens and Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter and no where could compare to Abiba's service. I was very strict to what I wanted and had been very open about what I had been offered with Simon, he found something that ticked all the boxes and was an unbeatable price. Not only has Simon delivered me a beautiful ring, he has been transparent with his service and has given me assurance that we can change the platinum band should my partner not like it or whether the size is incorrect. Not a pushy salesman, very lovely, genuine and honest man who is transparent in what he can do for you. Peace of mind for me knowing that I was refereed to Simon by relatives and even more confident that I met the great man himself. 5 star unquestionable. I will certainly recommend Simon onto friends and family and will certainly go back for future diamonds or rings. Thank you Simon!
