Not too friendly staff, more grunts in form of communication. Canteen kinda of look with dated everything. At least the fridge works, the drinks were nice n cold on a hot summer day. Didn't eat the food but my young person had a pizza which looked alrightish, a bit pricey though. The salad in the display didn't look fresh and I suspect it was what was left from the previous night.
Me and the wife just got a chicken kebab to share we have just opened it had about 4 pieces of chicken and we thought it does not taste smell or even look like chicken soaked in grease absolutely disgusting and disgraceful that you could even possibly sell this as a chicken kebab will definitely not be coming back 23.00 on the 03/08/2021
This place is absolutely rotten got a 12inch kebab pizza from here last week and was ill in bed the following day.. Tasted like dog food been reheated. Full of junkies with there dogs while I was waiting for the so called "pizza" asking me for money : ... For the love of me don't no why anyone would go to this place WHAT A PLACE!
Order from here regular and usually OK, however think new management must have took it over as its taken a nose dive. Ordered last week for delivery and took hour and half to come, everything cold. Ordered tonight and went to pick up, and guess what? Got home everything cold. The chips and chicken tikka kebab were clearly warm ups. Never again. The only thing I would recommend is to try some where else
had a pizza delivered last night and by the looks of it they must have been having a cheeky game of frisby with the box cause you couldn't bend wire in to the shape of this pizza. I order from here often and haven't had an issue but there has been 3 times where the pizza has either been undercooked, not cut or just looked like it's been dropped from a height. don't think ill be ordered anymore
Service at this place went down the hill as went there last week at 7pm wanted 2 12" pizzas which should have been £5.50 as their daily deal is till 8pm. I was told £7.50 per pizza but when I told them about the daily deal the guy told its for a different size and different pizza. I've been going to this place for years and the promotion's been there since. They have it on the front window with massive letters that all daily deals are on till 8pm for ANY 10" and 12" pizzas. Won't be going back anymore as the staff has no clue what a good customer service is.
Don't order from here......Ordered late on from these guys about 12.30 at night a few weeks back, not only was the food soggy and disgusting they never sent our drinks or dips. When I called back and asked about this, the guy on the other end of the phone just pretended he couldn't understand me He clearly could and him and the other guys there were laughing as he gave stupid responses and played dumb. I've heard they only have 1 star for Hygiene too, food disgusting, poor hygiene and they're idiots....Avoid like the plague.
We ordered later in the night about 11:30pm about six weeks ago, and picked it up ourselves, we usually get our pizza from elsewhere, and only tried here because they were the only ones open Local at that time of night. BIG MISTAKE! We would literally been better off getting something from a 24hr McDonalds, and thats saying something!! When we went into the premises to collect the pizzas, we were unpleasantly surprised to see how generally dirty/grubby the place looked, but,as both myself and son have worked within the food industry, we thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt,in case they had been extremely busy or some other reason why the cleaning wasnt up to scratch. Driving home,the pizzas did smell quite nice,and we were both starting to look forward to them.......how wrong we were, my vegetarian pizza was literally the WORST I've ever had, the dough wasnt fully cooked in the middle of it, all of the vegetables tasted like they were well passed their best, it had so much horrible cheap cheese on it, it had a pool of oil on the top, and the cheese had quite a sour taste to it, there was literally nothing about this pizza that was even passable, i took two bites, then flung the rest straight in the bin. My son's pizza was more of the same, but with added cheap,poor quality meat. Take my advice, dont waste your money, give this place a miss, and find somewhere else,
Same takeaway with under new management written on the menus however it is still the same owner. The staff have no idea how to deal with complaints. They will be closed again very soon if they continue providing service like that.
Was warned by several people to avoid this place. Each time I walked past it, it looked cheap and dodgy. Go down to the Shawarma Fattoush for some good food if you want to eat in the area.
